Since the year 2000 throughout the state of Missouri, our team of caring staff members has worked in more than 70 communities providing the right amount of support helping people lead the lives they choose.

Typically Bridges serves survivors of traumatic brain injury and people with an intellectual or physical disability. Because each individual is unique, services are tailored to their needs. Intensity of support services range from a few hours a week, part-time home and community supports, to 24 hours a day, full-time supported living services for our PISL Program.
